Steps to solve a Rubik’s Cube:

First Step: Solve the edge pieces on the top portion

The very first step for solving the puzzle of the Rubik’s cube consists of four pieces. Begin by selecting the white color as white color is the best to pick to begin with. Fourth Step: Orient the last portion layer edge pieces

In the fourth step, here we will not solve the puzzle totally but place them accordingly. The main intention is to create a shape that is the top upper most face of the cube. Remember that it is not necessary for the edge pieces to fit into the colors of the side portion. Here you can get three possible orientation states and to solve it we will use R’U’F’UFR algorithm. It will promote the cube into the one state that is in each execution.

This simply means that, by executing this algorithm at one time, it will promote the cube from state 1 to state 2. And it is necessary to apply this algorithm from 1 to 3 times until this step is complete.

Fifth Step: Permuting the last portion corners

Here you have to set up the last four corner layer of pieces into correct state without orienting nicely. Just for example, you have a set of Rubik’s cube with an accordingly permuted of yellow or green or red corner piece. We will be discussing about the two different types of possible unsolved states that are adjacent and diagonal to each other. In case, you are not able to find the two well-arranged permuted corners, then try the upper face portion until you see them in there.

To complete this fifth step, you will have use LR’U’RUL’U’R’U’R. It is an algorithm that will rotates the 3 pieces of the corner of Rubik’s cube into counter-clockwise. It will keep the fourth corner remain untouched and at the time you will be getting the 2 adjacent well permuted corners and turn the direction of the upper face into clockwise. And this move will place the corners into the position will the same. Whereas the others 3 corners of the Rubik’s cube will need to be rotated into counter-clockwise direction.

Sixth Step: Placing the last layer of the corners

Place the four corner pieces of the Rubik’s cube into the last portion layer, along with the ones that we permuted. To fulfill the placement of the corner pieces you will have to use the given algorithm and that is LUL’ULU2L’U2 and the other is R’U’R U’R’U2RU2. Both of the algorithms have the same work but do the work in an opposite direction. Speaking of the first algorithm it places the three corners that are into   clockwise. And the other placement has the three corners of counter-clockwise. This the is reason due to which you can figure out any one of the algorithm is your prefer to learn.

And in case, you have found the well placed corners then perform the algorithm into different angels of the Rubik’s cube. Then you can consider yourself lucky, simply perform the matching algorithm one time and complete the very step. Suppose you already made the well-arranged corners or it can be not well-arranged corners, and then perform the algorithm randomly into different direction or angles continue until you find the well-arranged corner of Rubik’s cube. After that place the applicable algorithm once more and finish this process.

Seventh Step: Permute the last portion edge pieces

In this seventh step, which is also the final step is to permute the last portion of the pieces of Rubik’s cube into the right position. To solve it, you will have to use these algorithm RU’RURURU’R’U’R2 and R2UR’U’R’U’R’UR’. Similarly to the sixth step this algorithm also has the same function that means it works into an opposite direction. Into the first step, the algorithm works by rotation the position of the edges into counter-clockwise direction. And the second one rotates into the three edges of clockwise direction.

In this condition there are two possibilities of states the one correct edge piece and the other one is no correct edge pieces. This simply means the position and the color combination of the cube is totally completed.
